We are currently looking for full time staff to join the team on either a live in, or live out basis. We are also looking for part time/ freelance instructors.
Working Students
If you are interested in pursuing a career with horses, our working student scheme is the perfect way to get the training you require. You will not just be reading/ talking about equine subjects as you would be in a college environment, but gaining real life experience in one of the biggest commercial riding centres in the country. We provide BHS training to BHSI level. With several BHSII's, a BHSI and a Fellow of the BHS on our teaching team, along with the best facilities and a large range of equipment, we can provide you with the most knowledgeable and up to date training you could wish for. Our variety of horses/ ponies will also allow you to improve your riding skills under the guidance of these extremely experienced instructors. Each student receives 2 hours of training each day, Tuesday to Friday, 1 hour riding & 1 hour stable management, with additional training often provided in the run up to an exam.
Senior Staff
We are currently looking for BHSAI's and BHSII's to join the full time team of senior staff/ instructors. A love of teaching, the ability to work under pressure in this busy, reactive environment and flexibility is essential. For BHSAI's there is the opportunity to continue your training and work towards your Stage 4 and Intermediate Teach Exams, whilst gaining those all important teaching, riding and management skills. For qualified BHSII's there is also the chance to begin training for your BHSI.
Freelance/ Part Time Instructors
We are currently recruiting freelance instructors to assist the full time staff in the teaching of both career students and leisure riders.
