Trent Park offers a full range of equestrian courses for professionals and horse riding enthusiasts. We are a British Horse Society approved training centre up to BHS intermediate level and examination status to BHS II Ð. We are also affiliated to Keits in the provision of NVQ equestrian training.
Equestrian Courses Options
We offer a range of equestrian courses for professional and practical accreditations as follows:
- Professional equestrian courses - BHS courses (full time) Stages I to IV
- NVQ levels 1 -3 and key skills equestrian courses
- BHS evening courses Stage I – II
- Stable management lectures – all levels
- BHS Exam Centre of Excellence – Stages I to IV
- BHS Riding and Road Safety Course and exams
- First aid and child protection courses
- Working pupil equestrian courses
- Short term equestrian courses
Trent Park has received funding from the Mayor Legacy Scheme, and are able to offer discounted Riding & Stable Management Courses, following the British Horse Soceity Stage 1 & 2 syllabi. We are also able to offer Child Protection and Equine Specific First Aid Courses. The cost of these sessions is just £20 per 2 hour session, plus 20 hours volunteering. The Mayor Legacy Scheme is designed to promote the Olympics and encourage Londoners to take up or develop new skills in the leisure industries.
